These Terms of Agreement (Terms) govern your use of the Bijli Bonus App, provided by Jayanta Lighting Innovation LLP. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.
a. Grant of License: Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or business purposes.
b. Restrictions: You may not sublicense, sell, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. You may not use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
a. Registration: In order to use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
b. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
a. Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
b. Maintenance: The Company may perform maintenance on the App from time to time, which may result in temporary unavailability. The Company will endeavour to provide advance notice of any planned maintenance when feasible.
a. Ownership: The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the App without the Company's prior written consent.
a. Collection of Information: The Company may collect and use information about your use of the App in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such collection and use.
b. Data Security: The Company employs commercially reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
a. As Is: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
a. Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
